Ms. Markarian was born in Tbilisi, Georgia. When she was seven years old her family moved to Brooklyn, New York in pursuit of a better life.  After living in Brooklyn for seven years, Ms. Markarian’s family moved to Las Vegas, Nevada.  She attended Northern Arizona University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Merchandising and Public Relations.  She was also an active member of Northern Arizona Merchandising Association where she served as President. Before attending law school, she worked in high end fashion where she learned the importance of establishing personal relationships with clients. Ms. Markarian graduated 4th in her class from Arizona Summit Law School in 2016.  During her law school career, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Hugh Hegyi in Maricopa County Superior Court, was a recipient of the Arizona Summit Law School Merit Scholarship and was an intern for the Never Again Foundation. 

Following law school, Ms. Markarian interned for Goodman Law Group and Palazzo Law Firm that focused on criminal cases, which provided her with extensive trial experience. 

Prior to the formation of Markarian-Cash Law PLLC, Ms. Markarian first represented a broad spectrum of clients at a prominent general practice firm in Las Vegas. Handling family matters, involving complex equitable distribution settlements, alimony, pre-nuptial agreements, and a broad range of complex civil litigation, including personal injury, medical malpractice, and business disputes representing companies such as Las Vegas Sands Corp. 

From small conflicts to emergency court hearings, Ms. Markarian fought for the interests of her clients both in and out of court. She has now narrowed her practice to focus on protecting immigrants such as herself. 

Ms. Markarian is fluent in Armenian, Russian and English. 

Ms. Markarian believes that the law is a powerful tool, each client deserves justice and each and every case is held to the upmost importance. Ms. Markarian is a people’s lawyer who never backs down from a good fight for justice.

Ms. Fazal was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. Her parents immigrated from Pakistan and Afghanistan to the United States in the 1980s. 

Ms. Fazal has conducted 30+ bond hearings, master hearings, and individuals. She has also worked on asylum assessment, USCIS admin + interviews, adjustment of status, K-1 visas, N-400, and parole requests.

She speaks Spanish, Urdu, Hindi, and Pashto.

Her goal as an immigration attorney is to prevent family separation and fight for justice on behalf of her clients. She believes no one should have to fight for their life and liberty alone.
